KIDS NEED KIWANIS

Kids are curious, lovable and hilarious. They are also wild, impatient and vulnerable. Kiwanis is looking out for kids in every corner of the globe with more than 600,000 volunteers who serve their communities through local clubs just like ours.

Fortuna Kiwanis helps kids through a variety of special projects.

Each year our members participate in community supported projects to benefit children in the Eel River Valley and beyond!

Community Fundraisers

Our club hosts many popular community events including everything from pancake breakfasts & spaghetti dinners to Halloween pumpkins, radio advertising campaigns, and the extremely popular Quarter Mania!

Local Scholarship Awards

Many of our fundraisers & donations directly benefit Eel River Valley youth with scholarships for educational pursuits.

Honoring Women in Business

Each year we host the Fortuna Women's Business Luncheon to recognize the outstanding contributions women make to business and our community by awarding two individuals with Business Woman of the Year and Woman of Distinction awards.
